The World Vape Show, launched in September 2021, was the first international vape expo and conference in the UAE, and one that proved to be a BIG hit. It provided global manufacturers and suppliers a unique opportunity to showcase hundreds of products to thousands of international retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and consumers in Dubai.
Now, the WVS brand has expanded and developed to become the fastest growing vape event in the world with events in the UK, UAE, South America and Asia.
1. Programme Outline
Here is what to expect from World Vape Show:-
| 10.30am-11.30am Registration and Tea/Coffee (Welcome speeches – WVS spokesperson-Tony Crinion and PECIA-Joey Dulay TBC)
11.30am (20 minute 121 meeting slots, the bell will ring after 18 minutes and you will have 1-2 minutes to finish your conversations and get to your next meeting). These meetings will give you, the supplier, access to network and have sit down discussions with a number of the top 50 (approx.) buyers that will be present. Suppliers can discuss their product range & latest launches with the buyer, with the aim of collaborating and doing business. From a buyers point of view, they will discuss any opportunities, scale and their channels to market for your most initiative products. 13.30pm-2.30pm Lunch 2.30PM-4.30PM 121 meetings continued (20 minute slots, bell rings after 18 minutes and you have 1-2 minutes to finish up and get to next meeting) 4.30pm-5.00pm Refreshment break 5.00pm-6.00pm 121 meetings continued (evening session) *There will be networking in the lounge during these sessions for those that are not planning to attend one/either of the above two sessions 6.00pm-7.00pm Check in to room at Sofitel (confirmation of room needed on the Delegate Select System) 7.00pm-7.45pm Networking drinks 7.45pm Three course gala dinner with entertainment and further networking drinks *SUBJECT TO CHANGE! |
